Donations and Purchases

 

 

The association allows you to donate money easily and promptly using this website for the benefit of the association’s needs.

Website purchases may be canceled, according to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, within 14 days of the transaction date, provided the cancellation be performed at least two business days prior to the date in which the service was to be provided, pursuant to the association receiving a written and signed notice from the owner of the credit card used in said transaction. 

In the event of a cancellation of a transaction by the credit company, any charges will be applied to you.

After making a purchase using a credit card, the card will be verified with the credit company, and you will immediately receive notice regarding the confirmation or rejection of the transaction.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are not a minor and are lawfully able to enter into contracts and/or form binding contracts under applicable law.

In any case in which the ordering party has previously committed an illegal action or one contradictory to these terms, the association may decline any future use of the credit card. 

The association will not be held responsible or culpable for any illegal activities done by its visitors.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Privacy and Information Confidentiality

 

 

The website payment page is secured with high-level encryption and is PCI-DSS compliant in order to ensure personal details and information confidentiality.

 During the donation process, you will be transferred to Cardcom's secure payment system, secured by PCI-DSS compliant system.

The association will not provide any personal information or credit card details to any interested third party.

The information you provide is used solely for the purpose of this website and will be kept in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. The association guarantees to do the best it can, using the resources at its disposal, to protect the information and to intercept any potential breach in the privacy of the information provided by you, nevertheless it cannot absolutely negate disruptions and therefore will not be held accountable for any damages, incident, and/or disruptions causing that which was stated.

After receiving a donation, a receipt will be sent to the donator's address (either via mail or E-mail).

 

 

 

 

 

 

Law and Jurisdiction

 

 

Only the laws of the State of Israel will apply in using this website. The sole jurisdiction following any event regarding the use of this site will be certified courts in the State of Israel, in the Jerusalem District.
